Lovely paintings and sculptures. Closed at 5:30 pm Lots of walking. Audio tour not really worth it, due to not many paintings not having commentary. Tour guide is better,

The louvre has three main buildings connected - sort of. The museum guides are less than helpful if you don’t speak French. Easy to get lost and miss some interesting pieces. Most signs in French only so I recommend audio if you wish to know and learn about what you see. If time limited I suggest tour to get you through main sights.
