The queue went faster then I thought so I went in earlier with more than an hour, which was more then enough to take a sandwich and a coffee from the inside coffee shop (more then reasonable price), take my coat to the enormous and free locker room, charge my phone for free and wander at the souvenir shop.
It’s a must !! Those paintings and the museum itself is beautiful. There is a cloak room where you can leave your bag or coat so that you are free to explore. It’s huge so I definitely suggest comfortable shoes and bring your own water as water is extremely expensive. Getting in and paying was seamless and easy.
Due to extremely long Qs I did not go inside. However stopped to look and take pictures the building itself and surrounding building are stunning and worth visiting even if not entering. A must on any sightseeing day
