It was very difficult to find a working locker to leave my personal belongings. It is very difficult to navigate the museum, please add direction arrows in the rooms so that it would be clear which number of the next room will be.

My line moved no faster than the line with no "skip the line" reservations. Also, the audioguide was totally worthless. I had only 3 audio responses to art works that supposedly had information AND a GPS to locate you in the museum. We turned them in early to end the frustration!

I can just recommend it. Easy and fast to book, pay and even can modify the date in case. The customer service are very friendly and willing always to help.
