Basically, got exactly what i paid for. No problems with tickets or entry. Please be mindful that there is still a line. With this purchase, you stand in one rather than two lines. They are extremely efficient at the Louvre - only in line for 10 minutes or less.

They were quick to respond when I got to the Louve and forgot where my tickets were sent. Long line ahead of me and was sold out if I didn’t figure it out. Got in on time, very quickly and with no issues!

it's a ticket, there is nothing like skip the line, it's all the same line so you will have to wait anyway. but it's not a long wait though. it was good and the audio guide was very useful in telling details about each painting depending on your position on the device you are give.
